the cc company who is trying to help me said that port 3 was blockedI just recived this new debit/credit machine and the company said to ask the internet provider would help and they directed me to this help.wildblue (direct tv) provides my internet.but no help on this type information.am I explaining this enough maybe you can help. HiCC Debit/Credit machine are not common devices that are handles by every one . Assuming that an ISP, or online general Networking forum like this would know how to handle your specific cc machine is Not a realistic expectation.The cc support should help you with providing you with specific steps that need to be taken, including the way to connect the machine to your Internet system, and the specific ports that need to be open.
